International Conference on Behavioural Finance (ICBF)

Conference Objectives

The conference is designed to be a hub for intellectual exchange and research dissemination. Our main objectives are:

  • To discuss the frontier research currently being done in the area of behavioural finance.

  • To disseminate new research in behavioural finance and other contemporary areas.

  • To explore the possibility of interdisciplinary research in this field.

Submission Guidelines

We invite original, unpublished research papers that align with the conference themes. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Abstract: Structured abstract with a word limit of 200-250 words, specifying objectives, methodology, and key findings.

  • Full Paper: Word limit of 6,000-6,500 words.

  • Formatting: A4 size, Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.

  • Structure: Must include Introduction, Review of Literature, Research Gap, Research Methodology, Major Findings, Contributions, Limitations, and Scope for Further Research.

  • References: Use APA (6th edition) style.

Conference Tracks

The conference will feature several tracks and sessions, including invited talks on various issues. A wide range of topics will be covered to encourage interdisciplinary research.

Track 1: Qualitative Research

This track is dedicated to the role of qualitative research in behavioural finance.

Track 2: Marketing and Behavioural Finance

Explore marketing strategies influencing consumer financial behavior, from financial product marketing to green and digital marketing.

Track 3: Human Resource and Behavioural Finance

Focuses on how human resource management directly and indirectly affects financial behavior.

Track 4: Operations Management and Behavioural Finance

Discusses the impact of operations management on financial behavior.

Track 5: IT and Systems Management and Behavioural Finance

Covers how IT and system management influence financial behavior.

Track 6: Contemporary Issues in Management

Dedicated to recent developments in management, economics, and commerce, enriching the interdisciplinary nature of behavioural finance.

Track 7: Developments in the field of Business Informatics and Fintech

This special track will explore innovative developments, including AI-driven analytics, blockchain, and digital payment systems revolutionizing financial services. Renowned experts will present cutting-edge research and discuss emerging trends shaping these dynamic fields.

Special Tracks

The organizing committee invites authors and experts to propose special tracks to enrich the program. We welcome innovative themes that align with the conference's focus on behavioural finance and related fields. Publication Opportunities

All selected papers will be published in a conference proceeding, which will be submitted for indexing in SCOPUS. This ensures wide accessibility and recognition for your research.

Best Paper Award

The conference will recognize outstanding research with a Best Paper Award, based on the recommendations of the committee. Awards will be given in two categories:

  • Category 1: Academicians/Corporate Professionals/Research Scholars

  • Category 2: Students
